We must always prove our customers right for entrusting us with their projects. We always start with their point of view. The commitments we make to them must be met at any cost. This includes both the quality of our deliverables and the deliveries that we agree. We must be assistive and approachable and delight them in every interaction. It is about them, not us!
2. CUSTOMER COMMITMENT
We develop long lasting relationships with our customers that add value to their business. To win their loyalty we must first be loyal to them. We must convince them with our actions that we are not just another supplier but a trustworthy partner who will be there even when things go wrong. To keep them so content with our service that they will not only keep us as their supplier of choice but also recommend us to their friends and partners. In extraordinary situations we must simply be extraordinary.
3. COMMUNICATE CLEARLY, AGREE EXPLICITLY. ON EVERY DETAIL.
The first step to delivering on a commitment is understanding what we have committed to and ensuring everybody else has understood the same. This can only be achieved by communicating clearly, listening carefully, turning assumptions into facts, clarifying any doubts and agreeing explicitly. On everything.
4. DO BETTER
Surprise your internal and external customers by going the extra mile and delivering a little more or a little faster than what has been agreed, or a little better than what is expected. Whether it is a customer or a co-worker, aim for delight and surprise.
5. VALUE THROUGH EFFICIENCY
We focus on managing our business as efficiently as possible to constantly improve the quality of our service and offer a better value. We organize. We simplify. We automate repetitive tasks by leveraging technology, we reduce unnecessary steps in a process and unnecessary parts in a product and when performing a task, we are very careful ex-ante to avoid mistakes and repetition ex-post.
6. PROTECT AND STRENGTHEN OUR COMPANY
Kouros is our region’s leading signmaker and we intend to keep growing. We care about our company as if it were our own and protect its reputation. We always aim for the biggest possible benefit for the company. It’s easy to fill up our day with routine tasks or things that someone requests. Instead of being occupied with the easy things we do the things that get us closer to company goals. We think higher than our project or department: if it is high impact for Kouros, it’s high priority for us.
7. LEAD BY EXAMPLE
We are a team. And for our team to excel, we must ensure that, along with us, all our co-workers are also exceptional. We lead by example and inspire leadership through our actions and results.
