*etsi for the environment by the Michael Cacoyannis Foundation and Rodanthi Senduka

The exhibition’s goal was to promote a new way of thinking and acting, in order to protect the environment, through the use of technology as an ecological mean in creating and presenting art, as well as in assessing and rendering an environmental footwork even for the artwork on display. Interested parties will be actually contributing in “creating natural environment”, while at the same time leaving behind their own positive, environmental footprint.

Kouros supported the event by offering the exhibition stands and displays, as well as manufacturing the environmentally-friendly furniture showcased at the exhbition. Most importantly, the “Yoyo Bench” that was designed by Rodanthi Senduka and developed by our own, Telis Tseperkas, using recycled materials was recently distinguished as one of the Top Winners of 2010 China’s Most Successful Design Awards!
